How are face-to-face interviews conducted?

A

The in-person interview consists of a job competency assessment and an organizational fit assessment. The job competency assessment assesses the applicant's expertise and problem-solving skills, while the organizational fit assessment assesses whether their collaborative attitude and values ​​align well with TIMEFOLIO's.

What should I prepare for the interview day?

A

Review your completed application form and organize your skills and relevant experience in advance. Arrive at the interview 10-15 minutes early to relax, and dress neatly.

How are interview schedules coordinated?

A

Interview scheduling is done over the phone. If you're unable to reach us by phone, we'll leave a message, so don't worry if we don't answer.

After coordinating the interview schedule, is it possible to change the schedule?

Before the interview, please contact the recruiter separately to check if the schedule can be adjusted.

When will I know the results of the interview?

A

We will notify you of the interview results as quickly as possible (within two weeks). Please note that interview results are communicated individually.

What should I do if I need an interview confirmation after attending the interview?

A

If you need an interview confirmation letter, please request one from the recruiter after the interview and we will issue one for you.
