We believe that a healthy organizational culture begins when employees recognize and respect each other. The HR team operates several systems to foster this culture in everyday life.

 

One of these is the "Well Done Time" recognition system. This channel allows employees to immediately recognize and praise the efforts and achievements of their colleagues. Even a small gesture can have a significant impact. Another is "Thanks Day." Held at the end of each fund period, this time allows employees to reflect on each other's hard work and directly express their gratitude. This naturally deepens trust and bonds among colleagues, fostering a sense of "growing together with TIMEFOLIO" within the company.
